Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and cancellations work for EffortlessCoach, operated by Digital Blue Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 15686184).
Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial (excluding AI tools). No payment is taken during this trial period. At the end of the trial, you may choose to continue with a paid subscription or move to a limited free tier. If you cancel during the trial, no charges will be made.
Subscriptions
- Paid subscriptions are billed at £2.99 GBP per month, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not process payments via app stores.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period.
- No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Refunds
Under UK consumer law, digital services such as subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. However:
- If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
- Refunds will not normally be given for partial months or unused time on active subscriptions.
- If there are technical issues preventing you from accessing the service, and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a refund under applicable consumer law. We may request reasonable information or evidence (such as screenshots, device details, or error messages) to help us verify and resolve the issue.
Your Rights
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you normally have a legal “cooling-off period” of 14 days for digital services. By starting a paid subscription immediately, you acknowledge and agree that you lose this automatic right to cancel, as you gain instant access to the service. This does not affect your statutory rights.
